• Took a healthtech startup from idea to Series A — designed hardware, firmware, cloud infrastructure, and ML pipelines for a cloud-based clinical video platform, and led the company through SOC 2 compliance.
• Led cloud migrations at massive scale — migrated data-intensive services (video storage, ML job scheduling) from AWS to Google Cloud, and transitioned hundreds of thousands of user accounts between billing systems.
• Built high-throughput distributed systems — designed a cloud-agnostic video storage backend capable of ingesting hundreds of simultaneous high-quality video feeds on commodity hardware.
• Modernized data infrastructure — revamped batch telemetry into real-time streaming pipelines, built ETL systems for third-party data ingestion, and implemented dependency-tracking systems that turned reactive firefighting into proactive management.
